Names verified against India Post records for pincode 226010. Phase groupings are not shown: published sources disagree on which khands sit in Phase 1 and Phase 2. Extension sectors are numbered, but blocks inside them also carry khand names; a second name is shown where independent records confirm it.
What this map does and does not show
The boundaries are taken from OpenStreetMap and projected to UTM zone 44N, the standard local grid for this part of Uttar Pradesh, so shapes and relative distances hold. Nothing here is drawn by hand or estimated: a khand is on the map only if OpenStreetMap has a boundary for it.
That leaves gaps, and they are real gaps in the source rather than simplifications. Vibhuti Khand, Vigyan Khand, Vineet Khand have no boundary in OpenStreetMap and so are absent, even though they exist on the ground — Vibhuti Khand in particular is one of the busiest parts of the township. Gomti Nagar Extension has no sector boundaries mapped at all, so the whole Extension is missing from the drawing. The khand plan on the home page lists everything, mapped or not.
Roads are limited to the corridors that bound or cross the township: Faizabad Road along the north, the Shaheed Path running north to south, Lohia Path coming in from the older city, and the Vibhuti Khand and Viraj Khand roads inside it. The Gomti runs along the western edge.
